Declan Edwards is a happiness researcher and the Founder of the award-winning social enterprise BU Happiness College - an organisation that is growing global well-being by empowering people with the tools and the team to thrive. 

Since founding BU Happiness College in 2017, Declan's work has been featured globally in publications including the Harvard Business Review, Psychology Today, and Ariana Huffington's Thrive Global.

He has also appeared as a guest on a wide range of podcasts and radio shows, and presented live masterclasses throughout Australia.

On a day-to-day basis, Declan's work involves helping individuals learn how to better manage their mind and emotions, as well as guiding workplaces to better measure, manage, and improve their culture and staff happiness.

Most importantly, he is grateful to have created a movement that delivers results, such as increasing members' happiness by an average of 57% within their first 12 months at BU Happiness College and helping workplaces stand out in their field as an employer of choice by becoming an Accredited Happy Workplace.
